  Avoid this place! Got a full valet done, they left green shampoo all over the floor and seats. 6 days have gone by and the car is still soaked on the inside I have to put down plastic to sit in the seat and can't bring anyone in the car with me because of the damp and smell of cleaning products. I went up today to complain and request a refund. I was advised this is normal and that I should put a radiator in the front and back of my car to dry it out. Windows and dash are now full of stains because of the damp and condensation. Terrible job done by this company and even worse customer service, they seem to be making enough money that they don't care about any issues. Definitely go elsewhere.

  There has to be some kind of governing body that this place can be reported to , absolutely shocking when I got my car back , a 3 year old could have done a better job at cleaning my car , a mini valet had doors and boot including , neither where touched and what was cleaned well wiped quickly , visible wipe marks and dust that was missed clearly could be seen, who wants to get a protest going to get these absolute cowboys out of the square and have an actual professional car wash company in ????

  I was booked in here for 3pm. I arrived early only to be told they were closing. I explained I was booked in and received a shrug. Very poor customer service.

  Took my car went for a joy ride, Moved my car from one place to another. Broke the hub cap. Told me that car has been clean but i can clearly see it full of dirt. Went to manager, cleaned the car but did not use the shampoo . Find some where else, not worth your time

  Booked for 6pm. On the day of the appointment confirmed by phone before going. Upon arrival at 6pm sharp staff very rudely refused to take the car in despite booking was "clearly" visible on their notebook. While discussing the matter on site I observed how cars were treated, left disappointed and disgusted. Avoid at all cost if you can!
